SignaArc is a company information and research platform that provides educational content about publicly listed companies in India. The Service includes:

  • Company business model information
  • Industry analysis and context
  • Aggregated news and updates
  • Educational research content

The Service does NOT provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or financial advisory services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

SignaArc offers a premium subscription at ₹99/month. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • No refunds for partial months after subscription activation
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Misrepresent our content as investment advice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SignaArc, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SignaArc and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. See our Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

SignaArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
